Ultraline Series

Ultraline Series

TEC’s Ultraline Conveyors consist of the following construction:

  • Extruded and anodized aluminum frame and 2 ½" side rails
  • Full support belt pan over entire conveyor
  • "V" tracking system
  • Blue endless monofilament belting material (white FDA optional)
  • Belt speed 20 fpm (other speeds available)
  • 115 V/60 Hz/1 phase direct drive motor
  • Manual motor starter with overload protection
  • Quick leg adjustments in height and along the frame
  • 3" diameter soft rubber swivel casters with locks
  • Totally enclosed drive and pulleys for maximum safety
  • 8’ power cord
  • Optional equipment includes: Variable Speed Drive, Indexing, Reversing, E-Stop, custom rails, leg heights, different belt types, cleat sizes and many more. Please consult factory for your specific requirements.
